WE MADE IT

By Saturday last package will leave our location heading to you. We made it again thanks to your support and believing in us.

Soon we will have another Bitz Kickstarter coming... with some nice (we hope) surprises for you.

I will post another update soon with some reminders and how to handle issues with your packages in detail.

Update: 03272022 - Shipment has started
about 2 years ago – Mon, Mar 28, 2022 at 11:38:31 AM

Shipping has started

About 20% of the packages will leave our location Mon/Tue

Another 50% will be ready in a few days.

The remaining I hope to have done and ship by the end of the week, early next week.

COVID still causing delays

Even if the situation here is quite eased in the past months, we still have issues to get supplies from our sources,  couriers also are having issues delivering in countries time by time so mail is a lot slower than usual.  Please be patient as the normal 5/10 days delivery may be a bit longer.

What next?

Once your package goes in the mail you should get an email from [email protected] with the tracking number.  The email will be sent to the email provided in Backerkit.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO TRACK IT. IF UNDELIVERED DUE TO NON PICKUP IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO US. IF THIS HAPPENS WE WILL NEED TO CHARGE YOU RETURN SHIPPING AND NEW SHIPPING FEES.

The email will look like this:

Deadline for reporting defects or missing order (IMPORTANT) 15 MAY 2022

You have until the 15th of May to report missing packages or defects. After this date we will not be responsible for any loss/missing or damaged shipment.

I will do another update on this in a few days and set it as sticky in the updates.

I want to apologize if I seem rude, but after over 30 Kickstarters the cost of replacing, sending and paying return charges is impacting our business and we are tacking this seriously.

We had and still having people contacting us even after 2 years asking were the shipment is. Or reporting missing models. This is time consuming for us as researching orders that are 2 years old is not easy, and we can not track packages after 45/60 days after they were sent.

UPDATE

UPDATE

All heads printed and ready to ship.. my fault was not writing the numbers on each batch so tooka bit to sort them out. I hope to start shipping them next week. Sorry for the small delay.

In the meanwhile I was found a 2"/22mm kidney stone.... so I may undergo surgery any day in the next 2 months, waiting on insurance answer to schedule. This will take me out of the picture for 3 to 4 days, in case I do not reply you know why :)

Update 22022022 - Resin Heads almost done
about 2 years ago – Tue, Feb 22, 2022 at 05:47:07 PM

RESIN HEADS

Taking loger than expected for a few reasons. First of all beeing a newbee to 3D printing with Lycee doesn't help. To avoid the issues we had with the HG 3.0 Kickstarter, I did proof all heads and supported testing them all to make sure they worked.  Real work got in the way demanding me to travel for 2 weeks loosing time on the printers.

Then COVID got in the way, as we ordered resin to finish the job and took over a month to get here due to scarcity (this is what the seller told me). Also both printer got damaged FEP a few times due to my inexperience, taking time to correctly chang them.

Seems like we are on track now, we are at head 169 of 188 + helemts. Meaning 25 heads are left to print. I have printed 40 of each head a mere 4600+ heads.

What is next?

1) Will finish to print 40 each head (hopefully by Sat)

2) Take all heads off the supports

3) Curing all heads

4) Sorting them in small numbered boxes.

5) Start packing and shipping the heads

I will try to post more updates as we go, but trying to concentrate on finishing the current production to ship them as soon as possible.
